How to resolve issues with logging in and retrieving your password
Lost your password? Follow these instructions.
1. Please visit our login page which can be found at http://www.resumebucket.com/members/login/
2. On the right hand side, enter the e-mail address you signed up with in the “Forgot Your Password” field.
3. Check your inbox for the remaining instructions, and be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. Be sure that you are using the e-mail address you used to originally sign up with Resumebucket! This resolves 90% of the issues we see with our customers that have problems logging in.
If you checked your junk folder, and still no email…
1. Please double check that you used the correct e-mail address and that it was spelled correctly. At time it may take up to 24 hours for the e-mail to arrive in your Inbox.
If all else fails, you can contact a customer support representative through our Live Chat feature, which can be found on the Contact page.

I do not remember ever putting in my email, but apparently I did, now when I try to sign in, it says the email already exists. Apparently I am already a member, but if my Email is in your system, how do I sign in. I tried using the retrieive password and have it emailed to me, but only recieved an error message. Can you PLEASE tell me exactly if I do have an account, how do I get into it?

It has been a while since I have signed onto resumebucket, so i forgot my password. I’ve been so busy with working that I forgot my resume was even online until I googled my own name and realized my status says “In need of a job” and my address is out there for the world to see. Now that I am currently employed I would like to update my resume and for the time being at least delete my street address. I went through my files from when I was looking for a job and I found that I used CSpigell@hotmail.com as the e-mail address. I requested three times for my password to be reset and e-mailed to me. I have not received any e-mails (junk and spam). If it’s not possible could you at lest ask me my secret question or just delete my resume all together and I’ll just complete a whole new resume. Please notify me when your company makes a decision, I would really like to take my home address off the internet; it’s the first thing you find if you google my name.

I am sending you this email in hopes that you can help me. I have emailed Resumebucket over 10 times with in the last 3-4 months and no one has been able to help me. I am very frustrated with the whole situation and don’t understand why no one has been able to assist me. I have put in request to reset my password and every password that has been emailed to me hasn’t worked. I’ve tried to live chat with one of your representative and no one is ever signed on. I need for a rep to contact me ASAP. I would prefer if you called so I can talk with a live person. You have my name you should be able to pull up my account and find my contact number. I hope to hear from a rep soon.

I have tried 2 or three times to register for a new account and after uploading my resume am told there was an error creating my account, but it doesn’t tell me the type of error. I am uploading a Word 2003 doc.
